Welcome to the OOC portion of the site. Sorry to break the immersion, but the team behind SR thinks that these simple explanations might help relieve some confusion over the group, among other things. To that end, here are some OOC questions we’d like to answer:

What is the deal with the “Restoration Projects”?

“Restoration Projects” is the name under which the team gives out its creative projects. Many people think that the name means that we will literally give you a damaged thing for you to restore. Now, while we’d love to have the time to do that, it’s simply not possible. Every project relies on you to create the piece. Be it artwork, music, writings, or 3d models, it all comes from you!

What’s behind these career openings?

The Careers on the Careers page are simply representations of the IC areas in which the group needs help. Some carry over to OOC tasks and others don’t. Some have joking requirements, however it’s important to remember that most of the site is simple IC. All talents are welcome. We like to have some fun, but there is serious work to be done, and you can help.
